Farm safety software your team will actually use.
Farming is one of Australia's most dangerous industries, and most safety systems fail because they're built for offices. My Farm HQ is built for the paddock: inductions, prestarts, hazards and emergency info that work on any phone, even offline.
Safety inductions on any phone
Send an SMS link and new starters complete a video-based induction with quizzes and digital sign-off — before they set foot on the property.
Vehicle and machinery prestarts
Daily prestart checks for every ute, tractor and header, with faults flagged instantly and tagged-out machines impossible to miss.
Hazards and near misses
Anyone on the team can report a hazard or incident with photos in under a minute. Every report gets an owner, actions and a follow-up trail.
Emergency information at hand
Assembly points, first aid locations, emergency contacts and what to tell 000 — filled in once, available to every worker and visitor on site.

Common questions
Does it work without phone reception?
Yes. My Farm HQ is offline-first: staff can complete inductions, prestarts and reports with no coverage, and everything syncs automatically when they're back in range.
Is it suitable for small family farms?
Absolutely. Most of our farms are family operations with a handful of workers plus casuals and contractors at busy times. Setup takes an afternoon, not a consultant.
What does it cost?
Free for every farm until 1 January 2027 — full access, no card required.
